Dulce: Mexico Lindo Querido (My Beloved and Beautiful Mexico)

Remy:​ The Netherlands, in a lovely little town called Zoetermeer.

What are your top 3 hobbies?

​Dulce 1: Practice Yoga, ride the bike besides a river or lake, and hear the Radio Lab Podcast.

​Remy: Dulce ;)  I love cooking and eating good food, Watching movies.

Remy: As a Former Chef I have to say Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain

What inspires you?

​Dulce: Generous and good hearted people

Remy: A sincere smile.

​Dulce: Pozole from Mexico

Remy: A dish from the Javanese/Surinamese cuisine called Saoto soup

Favorite quote?

Remy: “There is No Spoon” Scene from the Matrix:  The spoon exists only in the Matrix, which really means it doesn’t exist. It’s a lesson for Neo, to help him realize that manipulating the Matrix isn’t about focusing on an object and trying to change it. The object doesn’t exist, so he can’t change it, he has to change himself.
