Are you new to yoga? Join Abby Saloma at our Dupont studio for a Newbie Yogi Workshop on Sunday, January 18th from 12-2:30pm at our Dupont studio.
The 2.5-hour workshop introduces the basics of vinyasa yoga. Explore alignment and breathing along with basic poses and relaxation techniques. Geared for the brand new beginner or those curious about yoga. 1 week unlimited yoga classes included – the week immediately following the workshop only.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, a water bottle, hand towel and any questions you have.
