The areas in the body where we hold the most stress and trauma are our chest wall and the areas surrounding the pelvic bowl are the focus. Join Dawn on Saturday, February 21st from 5-6:30p for a Hearts & Hips workshop that targets those areas in a defined deliberate form, to ensure the release of all muscles in the regions, from your periformis to your trapezoids! This workshop will include a heated vinyasa flow to warm up both areas followed by slow holds and releases.
