Heat up your new year in a literal way. Join Kat for an afternoon of cleansing and renewal on New Year’s Eve (12/31) from 1:30pm to 3:30pm as we plant the seeds of intention for the year ahead through a heated vinyasa practice mixed with guided writing exercises and meditation.
If you’ve never practiced in a heated studio, please give it a try! The heat helps to warm the body, allowing you to potentially take deeper variations of the poses. The room will be heated to 90 degrees to get our bodies warm.  The session will begin with a time of self-reflection and optional journaling to set intentions for the New Year. The vinyasa practice will be focused on twisting, designed to detox and cleanse the body. We will close the flow practice with a long relaxation, followed by a guided meditation. Please bring a mat, towel, water, journal and pen.
