Join Kat THIS Wednesday, December 31st, from 1:30-3:30p for a two hour cleansing and renewal workshop as we learn about sankalpa (planting the seeds of intention) through a heated vinyasa practice mixed with guided writing exercises and meditation. If you are working on a goal or looking to commit or renew healthy lifestyle habits the session will begin with a time of self-reflection and optional journaling to help focus the mind.
The vinyasa practice will be focused on twisting, designed to detox and cleanse the body. The heat generated helps to warm the body, allowing you to potentially take deeper variations of the poses. We will close the flow practice with a long relaxation, followed by a guided meditation. Please bring a mat, towel, water, journal and pen.
