Join Jennifer Triassi at Tranquil Space Dupont on Saturday, December 6th from 1 - 3pm for Moon Days, a workshop for yoga teachers and students.
Much more than just a “curse” that must be endured, menstruation is considered a quiet, introspective time for women to reflect on their own needs and renew mind, body and spirit. This two-hour practice will include guided meditation, followed by a mellow, nurturing flow focused on side-opening, hips and forward bends. Slowing down even more, practice will conclude with several restorative postures that are beneficial during this special cycle. Appropriate aromatherapy will be offered.
