Discover your emotional type and learn how to create emotional equanimity through yoga. Explore the hidden meanings of anxious and depressed moods, while building internal acceptance and validation. The workshop will include lecture, discussion, and several different practices for mind and body. Learn to find balance and tranquility. Please bring a journal to write in.
