Explore emotional balance through the yogic lens. In this workshop we’ll explore the foundations of understanding prana (life energy) through the nature (Prakriti). Learn how your true nature can be balanced through meditation, lifestyle, diet, and yoga. We’ll explore the yogic understanding of the nervous system, as well as modern bio-psychological models. Through insight, awareness, intention, and practice, set the foundations for emotional balance. This workshop will include a 90- minute asana practice designed for all levels. Please bring a journal to write in.
