Our seasonal Restorative Workshop is back, and this time we have added an additional half-hour of relaxation bliss. So as the seasons change from Summer to Fall and the speed of life picks back up again, take some time to restore, replenish, and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for this time of business and change.
Join Kate on Saturday October 18th from 5:30-8:00p at our Arlington location to replenish body, mind and spirit. We’ll start with a 15 minutes of conscious relaxation, then move through a 45 minutes of slow flow vinyasa, and 1.5 hours of restorative yoga, savasana, and meditation. We will spend time in poses meant to to release stress, cleanse and heal the body, and calm the mind. Come prepared to let go and relax completely. Appropriate for all levels.
