Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Series

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week class modeled on the work of renowned author and teacher, Jon Kabat-Zinn. It is a very experiential program, deliberately intense to begin the amazing work of altering neural pathways-literally changing your mind! Through the practices of yoga, yoga nidra, and various meditation practices, we set the stage for a lifelong path of responding, rather than reacting to life’s events-effectively learning to meet life as it is.
