Inversions: Head, Hands & Forearms

Turn your world upside down! Yoga gives us the tools and permission to do so.

In this inversions workshop we will move through a heated practice and learn the elements of floating into Sirsasana (headstand-tripod & bound), Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand), Pincha Muryasana (forearm stand) and the backbending scorpion.
