Barre & Yoga

Tomorrow is your last chance to try Megna Paula’s Barre & Yoga class.

This 60 minute class will focus on strength and alignment, alternating between toning individual muscle groups and lengthening the body through yoga-inspired stretches. You’ll be hooked on the infamous barre burn!
