This workshop combines a therapeutic asana practice with self-massage (ball rolling) to free up tight fascia and keep your spine aligned and happy.

Our backs harbor tension from poor posture due to hours spent staring at electronic devices, sitting, carrying children, and driving. This asana sequence is designed to stimulate circulation, increase flexibility and range of motion, build core strength and cultivate postural awareness. We’ll roll out our connective tissue to release adhesions, decrease inflammation, and free our spine. While this workshop will focus on the upper back and neck, we will also look at the relationship between lumbar and cervical health.
