Yoga for Athletes

Runners, triathletes, rowers, and weekend warriors, wonder how you can open your body for more bliss and athletic endurance?

Join Hilary Wentz, a holistic health counselor and tranquil space teacher, for a 3 week workshop that explores yoga as a cross training method for decreasing injuries, as well as increasing strength and flexibility. You will learn poses that can be incorporated as a warmup or cooldown to your current favorite sport or as a brand new regimen that will enhance your mind body awareness.

  • Week 1: hips, quads and hamstrings
  • Week 2: shoulders, back and core
  • Week 3: yin yoga for athletes
