Barre & Yoga with Megna Paula
Saturdays, June 7 through June 28 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at TS Dupont.
This four week program will take you step by step through the barre technique—a perfect introduction for anyone interested in attaining the long, lean muscles of a ballet dancer. Classes will be weekly 60 minute long sessions, covering the foundational concepts of the barre method. We will focus on strength and alignment, alternating between toning individual muscle groups to lengthening the body through yoga-inspired stretches. At the end of this program, you will feel lean and lithe—and hooked on the infamous barre burn!
