Join Kat for a special workshop on Sat. March 8th from 5-7pm for yoga for CrossFitters and Athletes hosted at Tranquil Space. Kat is a regular contributor on yoga and mobility for BoxLife Magazine, a national CrossFit publication, and has helped train athletes working towards races, competitions, and recovering from injury through yoga.
If you are currently training using yoga for running, CrossFit, biking, or another sport, the workshop will be targeted at exercises to help recover and release hips, low back, hamstrings, and shoulders using a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, and foam roller. You will walk away with tips on how to do this on your own. We will end with a restorative yoga practice designed to reduce tension and stress.
