Favorite part of teaching yoga?
My favorite part of teaching yoga is seeing all of the smiling or chill faces in Savasana. I look at them with excitement, peace, and contentment because I too know what it feels like to take that final rest and relaxation. The hardest part is coming to your mat. The easiest part can be simply lying in stillness, accepting what your practice was on that given day, and then letting it all melt away in corpse pose. It’s such a peaceful and energetic time of class even thought there is no movement.
