Join Carol Collins for a Forward Folding Series
starting on Thursday, March 6 from 6:45 pm to 8:15 pm at TS Dupont.
In this series we will focus on ways to lengthen tight hamstrings and strengthen loose ones. How we tilt our pelvis is key in understanding how to work with the hamstrings and not compromise our lower backs. We’ll address hamstring opening in standing, seated, and supine(laying down) poses. We’ll practice strengthening our hamstrings with back bends. Each session will be 1.5 hours and will meet for three sessions.
