Since my first On-the-Go class in 2010, the familiar scent of lavender and the welcoming fireside nook have made TS a second home. In asana and meditation, I find a place to clear my head during a busy work week, stretch my hamstrings after long runs, and share in a great community of fellow yogis.
I live in the neighborhood and am in my final year of medical school at Georgetown. Off the mat, I enjoy running, playing with my 3-year-old beagle, and serving as the President of the Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis Foundation. I am humbled by the greatest gift of an evolving yoga practice – the light in me (and you!) that honors the light in each of us.
