Therapeutic Yoga of Greater Washington brings together multi-disciplinary practitioners and researchers to present a two-day symposium on evidence-based integrative medicine, yoga therapy practice and research, and the science of transformation.
This event is hosted on Saturday, January 10 and Sunday, January 11 by the Freer and Sackler Galleries, the Smithsonian’s museums of Asian art, in conjunction with the exhibition Yoga: The Art of Transformation.
This is a groundbreaking collaboration between the museums and the emerging ﬁelds of integrative medicine, a landmark event for the realm of therapeutic yoga.
