Anatomy of Breath and Pranayama

Harnessing the innate power of breath can truly be transformative to our physical, mental and emotional well-being. In this workshop we will discuss the physical western model of respiration and compare the eastern energetic body. Through discussion and experience of certain pranayama techniques we will explore the diaphragms and Granthis (knots), Nadis (energy channels), and Bandhas (energy locks).

Join Kristin Leal on Saturday November 16 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at TS Dupont.
