Yoga & Psychology: Anxiety, Depression, and the Energy Body

We will explore the mind-body-spirit connection through lecture, pranayama, and asana. Discover how to use yoga and meditation can be used for constructive self-study. Learn how yoga may be used for moving through depression and anxiety. Practice relaxation techniques to soothe or stimulate the nervous system; while cultivating internal harmony and balance. All are welcome.

Continuing education units (CE) of Ethics are available for yoga teachers upon successful completion and per request. This is workshop is part of our Advanced Teacher Training, but all yogis are welcome.
