65 million people in the United States suffer from back pain, a common reason for doctor visits. In this workshop you will examine the musculoskeletal structures of the lower back, which are prone to misalignment and weakness, common causes of lower back pain, and identify postures that could bring relief to students. Learn how to alleviate and potentially heal low back pain through therapeutic modifications of yoga asana and pranayama.
Join Megan Davis tomorrow Sunday, October 27 from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm at TS Dupont.
