“The Rocket gets you there faster,” is what Larry Schultz used to say. Larry developed the Rocket sequence as a mixture of the various series of traditional Ashtanga yoga. Standing postures focus on leg strengthening, hip opening and balancing. You will also practice seated asanas, experiment with arm balances, and be introduced to inversions like handstands and forearm stands. A creative and playful sequence – you will leave Rocket feeling completely invigorated.
