Newbie Yogi Workshop


Join us for a 2.5-hour workshop for introducing the basics of vinyasa yoga. Explore alignment and breathing along with basic poses and relaxation techniques. Geared for the brand new beginner or those curious about yoga. 1 week unlimited yoga classes included – the week immediately following the workshop only.

This workshop is taught by Niyati Shah and will take place on
Saturday, October 19 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm at TS Dupont.
