Assisting Series for Teachers of Yoga

Explore the art of assisting asana. Discuss and practice basic guidelines, ethics, and the body mechanics needed to execute safe and helpful hands-on assists. Learn how to see subtle energy embodied in your students, practice transmitting subtle energy through your hands and explore your intentions for hands-on assisting in your yoga class. The final workshop in the series will look at the confidence, the inspiration, and the stability you can provide your students by assisting them in inversions, arm balancing and back-bending postures.
