Take your practice deeper through hip opening arm balancing poses like Bjupidasana, Titibasasana, Koundinyasana, Reverse Koundinyasana and Astavrkrasana. Then we will play with transitioning from one pose to another (like Reverse Koundinyasana to Koundinyasana).
