The practice of prolonged, proactive laughter is a time-honored tradition, called Hasya yoga in Sanskrit. This fun and energizing session includes a series of laughing games that tap the deep reserve of laughter we all have within us. It culminates in prolonged laughter meditation.This karma session will benefit the nonprofit organization Farm Sanctuary. A $15 donation is recommended.
