A new sense of freedom can be found when you turn your world upside down and yoga gives us the tools and permission to do it. We will move through a heated practice and learn the elements of floating into Sirsasana (headstand-tripod & bound), Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand), Pincha Muryasana (forearm stand) and the backbending scorpion.
This workshop is for intermediate to advanced students and will be a vinyasa practice with time to explore each of the poses listed above. $40, $35 if you register online.
