Celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations

Please join Tranquil Space teachers on Friday, June 21st from 8pm to 10:30pm for a dynamic, fun filled evening saluting the sun 108 times. All proceeds will benefit a local charity of your choosing. $20 suggested donation.  Please vote by clicking here (or http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RJF5WKT)
We will move through variations of Surya Namaskar A and B. Repetition in movement allows for the body to come into a serene meditative flow. Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year! “For centuries, wise women have know that a bit of midsummer madness and magic are good for the soul. The probably explains why in Europe, Midsummer’s Eve’s (summer solstice) has traditionally been set aside as the night for high-spirited merrymaking and lighthearted bewitchment!”
Embrace the richness of the summer sun and give yourself permission to let loose and to let go. Sign-up for the workshop!
