I know many of you participated in Veg Week over the past days. I hope sticking to a plant based diet was fun and that you find it easier to incorporate more veggies into your diet.
Since we gave you so many blogs filled with tons of great info to peruse last week, I thought I’d give you an easy-peasy option today. It’s also one of my go-to favs!
Almond Butter Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
