Learn how to sprinkle a dose of tranquility into your life even while sitting in a hotel or at home–join this workshop for tips on how to travel from studio to suitcase, build a home practice, and take yoga with you anywhere you go. You will learn to set the mood with breathwork, learn gentle movements you can do in a variety of environments, and set aside time for meditation or self-reflection through journaling. Learn ways to use everyday items for props if blocks and straps are not accessible to add to your practice. Come prepared to move as Kat guides you through a series of simple sequences that can help build a practice for everyday use.
