WelcOMe to March, Tranquil Space Arlington! February was quite a month at the studio, wasn’t it? We had a total blast celebrating Yogi Appreciation Week and the 21-Day Challenge with all of you, and are completely blown away by how many TSA students completed the entire challenge. Congrats!
We’re excited to move towards spring together–and hope to get you there with as much tranquility as possible–by offering the following upcoming events this month…
- Developing Your Sadhana: Move, Breathe, Sit with Katie and Laura, Saturday, 3/2 from 5-7pm
- Jump Into Yoga 2 with Mary Catherine, Saturday. 3/9 from 5-7:30pm
- Spring Awakening: A Restorative Yoga Workshop with Mary Catherine, Saturday, 3/16 from 5-7pm
- Flow & Fly-Arm Balancing Workshop #1: Crow Poses with Jen H., Saturday, 3/23 from 5-7pm
Looking Ahead…we’ve got our next Book Club meeting coming up on April 14th, where we’ll be discussing the Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu (translated by Stephen Mitchell). You can pick up a copy of this book in the boutique if you’d like to start reading and join us in April!
Starting on Wednesday, March 6th, we’re adding another Baby + Me class to the schedule at TSA! Join Elizabeth on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30 for a special class geared towards caretakers and babies ages 0-6mos. You can use your regular class passes for this new class, and can sign up online here. Read more about the class here.
Tranquil Space will be hosting an Open House on Thursday, March 28th. What does this mean for our Arlington cOMmunity? *Free classes all day* (sign up online ahead of time to reserve a space!), a special boutique sale, delicious samples of treats from local businesses, and a fun raffle for some amazing goodies.
