This Weekend: Wring Out The Old, Ring In The New!

Join me for an evening of cleansing and renewal as we prepare to let go of 2012 and embrace all that 2013 may bring!  We will begin with a 90-minute heated vinyasa practice focused on twisting, designed to detox and cleanse the body.  If you’ve never practiced in a heated studio, please give it a try!  The heat helps to warm the body, allowing you to potentially take deeper variations of the poses.

We will close the flow practice with a long relaxation, followed by a guided meditation based on the chakras.  The session will conclude with a time of self-reflection and optional journaling to set intentions for the New Year.

Please bring a mat, towel, water, journal and pen.
