Favorite part of teaching yoga?
That awesome feeling I get at the end of a good practice; I feel (and suck up) all that energy at the end of the class from my students when shavasana descends on all. Yummy.

Gardening, listening to live music, beach, beach, beach…did I say beach?

“My Monastery is my Minivan” – Denise Roy 
Favorite piece of art?
The Voyage of Life series, painted by Thomas Cole (it is at the National Gallery of Art, DC, check it out)
Favorite move?
Eat, Pray, Love 
What inspires you?
Nature at its best: just before or after a storm, the beach anytime, and the beginning of a new season… 
Favorite food?
Local organic, fresh, meal made by me with a bottle of wine and good friends and family
Dream vacation or favorite vacation you’ve ever been on?
South Africa with my kids and sister this past summer
