Welcome the Fall Equinox with 108 Sun Salutations: 7:30-9:30pm

Yep, it is what it sounds like–108 sun salutes for a good cause! This workshop is donation-based and all proceeds will go to a charity of your choosing (we will finalize our voting at the event). We will move through 108 variations of Stepback Sun Salutations, Surya Namaskar A and Surya Namaskar B. Feel free to cater the number and the flow to your level of experience. Repetition in movement allows for the body to come into a serene meditative flow–an experience not to be missed! $20 suggested donation. You can sign up online here.
Hope to see you there!
