One Yogi’s Diet

A peek into my daily diet was featured on Washingtonian‘s Well + Being column this week. Here’s a few staples that find their way into my belly:

Breakfast = Cuppa green tea + flax muffin or sprouted bread
Lunch = My go-to since France is mozzarella, basil + vine ripened tomatoes
Snack = Coconut water, nuts, or sprouted green yumminess (+ gummy bears, shhhhh)
Dinner = Love brown rice, steamed greens, and veggie protein
Dessert = Prefer pink sparkly goodness
