Join us in Dupont this Friday July, 13 7:30-9pm for Living Your Yoga. This workshop with Kimberly dives into the yamas and niyamas (foundation of yoga’s eight limbs). You’ll create yoga goals and enjoy a mini meditation practice.
I took this workshop in January and it completely opened my mind to so many fabulous new concepts. The wisdoms are universal, but the applications and perspectives on them were all fresh to me. I also fell in LOVE with meditation. My goodness, just a few minutes in the morning has a dramatically positive affect on my entire day.
