Yoga for Anxiety Series with Kevin

Anxiety is a normal part of the human experience. It can, however, knock some of us off balance, make us freeze-up, limit our experience in relationships, and block our greater fulfillment and happiness in life. If anxiety is having its way with you, this workshop series is our offering of support. Learn to tame and even befriend your anxiety through yoga postures, pranayama (breath-work), and emotional awareness.
Sessions will include a brief lecture, insight-oriented meditation, yoga practice, and group discussion. This is an opportunity to soothe your nervous system, practice yoga, find a safe place for sharing, and embrace the wisdom that your anxiety has to offer. Come and let’s create calm together.
