Join Niyati Shah Sunday, April 15(tomorrow)from 12p-2p at Tranquil Space Dupont for a gentle yoga practice that includes breathing techniques and restorative poses. The combination will help calm your nervous system, align the body, allow you to be more present in the moment and slowly grasp how to shift the stories we tell ourselves. We all have the tools to relax within us, learn how to activate those tools and create pathways to relaxation.
