The Newbie Yogi Workshop combines the perfect dose of asana alignment, breathing & relaxation techniques, and background of the vinyasa practice to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice.
Join us Saturday, March 10th from 3:00pm-5:30pm
1 week unlimited yoga classes included – the week immediately following the workshop only.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, a water bottle, hand towel and any questions.
