Flow into the New Year with Kelly
Sunday, January 1st from 1:30-3:30pm
We will slowly flow into the new year with this meditative slow-vinyasa practice including yin hip openers. Start the new year with intention.
Saturday, December 31st from 3-5pm
The first section of the workshop will focus on yin poses where we will work to unblock the connective tissues of the inner and outer hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, low back and more. We will then move through a simple lunar slow flow, ending with a guided meditation and restorative savasana.
