Stresses of everyday life press upon us and create tensions not only in our muscles, but in our minds. For several years, I heard friends of mine talk about yoga and describe the immense relaxation – both in mind and body – they would have after taking a class. I figured I had to give it a try. That’s when I found Tranquil Space and started taking classes. I learned how to exhale the stresses out of my life. I learned how to push my body to the next level and expunge what was ailing it. I learned that balance is not only a part of yoga, but a part of everyday life. I also learned that yoga – like everything else – is a work in progress and never ending. What’s more, being a part of the Tranquil Space community has enriched my life. Seeing the relief on yogis’ faces as they pass in and out of Tranquil Space’s doors puts a smile on my face, while working with all the lovely and wonderful people at Tranquil Space has been both a refreshing experience and a great source of happiness.
