Level 1 Teacher Training at TS

Have you thought about deepening your yoga practice, but just don’t know the best way to do that? Consider the Level 1 Teacher Training hosted by Tranquil Space. You’ll walk away from the training with the ability to teach beginner to intermediate students and a better understanding of yogic philosophy as well as a strong foundation in asana alignment and sequencing.

The Level 1 Teacher Training is a 33-hour commitment which serves as an introduction and prerequisite to our Level 2 Teacher Training. The two trainings combine to qualify graduates for the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. The Level 1 training offers students a chance to get their feet wet without having to dive-in head first.

One of our past tt1 graduates shared this as her intention during the teacher training program (taken in part from John Friend’s Anusara Teacher Training Manual, a required reading for the program):

Align with the flow of grace
Celebrate beauty and the divine in all its diversity
Serve each *student* and help them unveil their innate goodness, worthiness and supreme nature
