Inversions: Head, Hands & Forearms with Siobhan
Friday, August 5 from 6:30pm-9:00pm

A new sense of freedom can be found when you turn your world upside down and yoga gives us the tools and permission to do it. We will move through a heated practice and learn the elements of floating into Sirsasana (headstand-tripod & bound), Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand), Pincha Muryasana (forearm stand) and the backbending scorpion.

This workshop is for intermediate to advanced students and will be a vinyasa practice with time to explore each of the poses listed above.

Jump into Yoga 2 with Susanna
Sunday, August 7 from 12:00pm-2:30pm

A workshop designed to assist students in finding their core strength, learning how to engage it and take their practice to a new level. We will focus on how to use this strength for chaturanga, headstand, and jumping into chaturanga and forward fold. There will be time to explore bakasana (crow) and the beginning of sirsasana (headstand).
