Our online schedule provider, MINDBODY is working on the fix. Not sure if we should feel better or worse to know this, but the impact is apparently global. Please feel free to drop in tonight for your usual classes – we will be open at both studios. If you do not have an active pass, please consider bringing cash as our credit card servers may not be running. Sorry for the inconvenience!
UPDATE 11pm: MINDBODY informs us the issue is nearly resolved. We have access to the system at the studio, so credit card service has been restored. Unfortunately, access to the schedule on your end may not return until Friday morning. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience!
UPDATE 5:30pm: The system was functioning for a brief period of time and is unresponsive once again. We want to apologize for any confusion/frustration this might be causing you. MINDBODY has been reassuring us that there’s a fix in the works, but at this time we don’t have a concrete time frame to pass along. Please be patient with us and bring cash if at all possible. We’ll let you know when everything is back up and running. Thanks for understanding!
