Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use and even practice themselves if properly instructed. During a 30 minute or 1 hour treatment, a client lies comfortably on or below the sheets, wearing loose, comfortable clothing. The practitioner begins to scan the bodily “chakras” or energy centers for imbalances, and Reiki energy will start to flow to these centers to help balance, energize and revive them, creating a sense of well-being in the person; ultimately the goal is to help the person feel more balanced mentally, emotionally and physically.
