Bloom into Spring

Let’s Bloom

A new season, a fresh start. 
Here are a few of my favorite ways to bloom into spring:
Spring clean: closets, bookshelves, drawers, life, your body (detox)
Put away heavy coats, bring out color
Eat more fruits and veggies
Start your day with a green smoothie
Plant something and watch it grow
Pick up fresh cut daffodils for your kitchen table
Try something new: yin yoga, a sewing class, dance, write, mindfulness meditation
Go on a retreat (Join me + Parri in Costa Rica) or create your own adventure
Slow down: sip tea, meditate, indulge in a bed day (p. 87 of Tranquilista)
Savor an early morning stroll (+ avoid the crowds) to see the cherry blossoms
Eat ice cream and/or gelato
Sit outside and savor vitamin D
Bake kale chips
