We suggest you come to one of our Yoga 1 classes if you are brand new to yoga. Or try one of our Newbie Yogi workshops. The Newbie workshop breaks down what happens in a Yoga 1 class over 2 and a half hours. Our next Newbie workshop happens Sunday, January 16 at 1pm.
