Mindfulness Meditation
Consider supplementing your asana practice with the interplay of mindfulness. Deepen your connection to yourself and your spiritual practice by finding a sense of tranquility within during this class focused on being versus doing. Practice being still while sitting with your breath and sensations followed by an inspirational talk and Q and A. A brief meditation tutorial is shared during each class and all levels are welcome. Drop in for $14 or use your class pass.
